Too many April showers here in the midwest, so I found myself a few little pick-me-ups. Everything from Parcel and Paper on Etsy is so adorable. It's just kind of gift wrapping goods you love to use-as you all know we LOVE that kind of stuff!
Large spools available at Pretty Tape on Etsy.

How great is this twine keeper idea? A sugar dispenser for easy use!
Put some plain old "cute stuff" in your back pocket.
Now I don't particularly love Peeps, but every Easter there was a package in our Easter basket, (along with a chocolate bunny or egg from See's candy.) I'm pretty sure they'd go stale every year but they were tradition. I must say, peeps have come a long way.
Here are a few ways to have fun with peeps...
from The Painted Primrose
bunting from dana-made-it
Did you know they have personalized peeps?
Now on to carrots...check out this fun, easy Easter craft we found here
This is all you need...I made them while watching Extreme Couponing:)
(I love to watch things that make me feel good about myself,
Hoarders, Intervention, etc. remind me that I am doing A O.K.:)
I think the kids will love them!
Put some Easter Peeps and carrot cutlery in your back pocket...
I was shopping at an adorable children's shop I was stopped in my tracks by the cutest garland. Upon close inspection, and a crappy picture from my phone, I realized it was made out of paint chips. Who doesn't hoard love paint chips? I did some quick research and look what I found.

A couple days ago we saw this on UDeligts.com. So fun!
or our favorite, bunting flags!
Put those "free" extra paint chips to use. Just another little DIY from in your back pocket.
P.S. You can even put the original (after the heart is punched out) card to use by making cute bookmarks!
We always notice library sconces- whether they're on or above bookcases, in bedrooms, highlighting art, etc. For some reason they just add an extra something to a room...like every detail was thought of.
