sunroom spruce-up

So, I've said that need a space of my own. Alas, I took back my sunroom.  It has always been used by my daughter (and many neighbors) as a play/craft room.  For years it was filled with Polly Pockets, Littlest Pet Shop toys, glue sticks, paper scraps, etc.  Not to mention a faded red ticking couch and stained floral rug. As she is now a pre-teen she has become much more concerned with the computer and texting than with Groovy Girls. I had a big garage sale (don't worry still saved most of the naked Barbies) and purchased lots of basic pieces. This is it today.
I need to find a chair...I've tried every one in our house.
The classic white slipcovered chair from Ikea (above), the banana leaf chair (below)
an industrial looking stool...
I actually think I am holding out for one of these

and here is my snazzy Lack bookcase from Ikea...
...and my new workspace Parsons desk is from Walmart...shhh.
Put a 2011 spruce up in your back pocket...

Love the room! It's giving me lots of great ideas for my own house. Love the LACK shelf...now where to put one in my own house...:) I have also been thinking about getting a ghost chair. Here's the one I've been looking at... http://www.interiorexpress.com/dining-room-furniture/ghost-chair-clear-acrylic-stackable-arm-chair-single.html
