So What Weds...A Week in the Life...

Another week passed, and still I say "So What?" in order to deal in a calmly manner...

SO WHAT? if...

• I must wash my oven mitts more often.  My dog seemed to enjoy the baked on flavors.

• I bought a new rug for our office.  Came home, laid it out, and decided it was going back- too small.  I kid you not, by the time I could re-roll it , my dog started to "get sick." Seriously.

*note: not from oven mitt...different day

• This is why I don't send my Big Bad Husband to Costco by himself.  We are now ready for any outdoor-beach-overnight-picnic that could come our way in the Midwest...

• And finally, I have been patiently waiting for this new summer maxi dress to arrive...

-THIS is the length in real life...

I should've stayed in bed...

What are you saying SO WHAT to this week????

Paint Cans.

Need something quick and easy for a Mother's Day gift?  The kids will love painting some  around-the-house cans.

Friday Find + Friends and Family...

It's a two day Friends and Family event at World Market.  25% off furniture, decor, etc.  I've been loving these chairs. On sale for 79.99 each...and now 25% off.  These rattan chairs are a great way to "lighten up" any dining space.

Above the Fridge.

The hits just keep coming...our refrigerator died.  Some "pump" problem.  The dilemma is that it was about $2500 more to replace our old style fridge (with the built in one-with top grate thing-y) than buying a basic fridge. Needless to say, bye-bye old style.

Now we're left with an unfinished hole.  (see below)  You should have seen me standing on my island to take this picture.  My dog thinks i'm nuts.

Question is...What should we do now??

Below is a little above-fridge inspiation...
