They're Back: Super Shorts

Some of our faithful readers might remember our Night Shorts post last summer.

  We'll good ol' J Crew has brought back the popular pleated short.  This time they're are made from a textured cotton. 

Here's why we like them:

1. They have a side zipper.  (better for muffin-top issues AND extra stomach volume)

2. They have the perfect amount of flair.  (optical illusion... slimmer legs.)

3. Good length.  (don't really look like MOM shorts)

4. Can be worn casual or dressy.

Don't really love this color palette together, but the colors are great in real life. 

We bought them on sale for $49 + an extra 30% off last week.  They're back to regular price, but keep watching for the deals.

Rolo Fudge Brownies

I love "mini" candies.  Although I'm pretty sure that eating an entire packet of mini Rolos is worse than eating a basic "roll" of Rolos.  Anyhow, here is a great recipe from Shelly of Cookies and Cups...two beautiful things: brownies AND Rolos.
